Claims:

1. Our bouquets cannot be returned :

1.1. For all your complaints, please do not hesitate to contact the department

clientele of mademoiselle.flowers. Advisors will answer you by e-mail from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. You can send your mail to [email protected]

1.2 In case of complaint, notify your problem by email within 48 hours after delivery of your order to your home or by following the different steps:

- Take pictures of your order
- Specify the order number that is causing the problem.
- Justify the problem with your order
- Wait for the answer from our customer service department which will be sent to you by email.

1.3 If you send a new bouquet, shipping costs will be charged for sending your new bouquet. Once the payment has been made, your order will be sent back to you.

Delivery rates :

- Brussels: 10 €.
- Belgium: €12.50

1.4. If the package could not be delivered to the addressee, and no other solution was possible (secure deposit in front of the door or at a neighbour's), the package will be returned to the deposit and can be delivered the next day. Shipping costs will be charged for returning your bouquet. Once payment has been made, your order will be returned to you.

1.5. Reimbursements are made in the form of a voucher.

Delivery

1.1. The normal delivery time is approximately 48 hours [unless otherwise indicated on the site] and is given only as an indication.

We do not deliver to hotels or public places.

It is important to specify all the delivery information when ordering (name, e-mail and telephone number of the recipient); in case of error SRL MADEMOISELLE.FLOWERS declines all responsibility.

If the buyer or the recipient of the bouquet is not present on the day of delivery, a notice indicating the passage of the deliveryman will be left. The parcel will be returned to the depot and can be delivered the next day. Postage will be charged for the return of your bouquet. Once payment has been made, your order will be returned to you.

1.2 In the event that a package is lost by one of our carriers, please inform us as soon as possible: by e-mail to Customer Service. [email protected]

The company will carry out a survey of the departments concerned. In the event that the customer encodes a wrong address and the package is returned to the sender, a fee will be charged for a new shipment.

If the costs for returning the package are not paid on time, the package will be thrown away after 5 days.
