Delivery
No, not at the moment, maybe in the future.
We deliver everywhere in Belgium for the requested delivery day.
Delivery is charged:
- 10 euros including tax in Brussels
- 12.5 euros incl. VAT everywhere else in Belgium
The calculation will be done automatically when you place your order, according to the delivery address indicated.

All our shipments are express delivery!
Yes, just indicate the desired delivery address when ordering the bouquet. Make sure that the person at this address will be present on the day of delivery. The ideal is to have the bouquet delivered to the workplace where another person could receive it.
All our bouquets are processed by our delivery service. It is therefore not possible at the moment to pick up your order at the workshop.
Yes, just indicate your delivery date when ordering the bouquet. We accept orders several weeks in advance (useful for not missing an important date for example ;-)).
We never deliver on Sunday or Monday.
With the exception of holidays, we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. If a Sunday or Monday is available in the choice of dates at the time of your reservation, take advantage of it, it is a holiday!
Unfortunately not. Our delivery service potentially runs all day. Please note however that you will be notified the day before the time slot of our delivery man's visit. You will also be notified by SMS a few hours beforehand.
You will receive an email specifying the time slot and the delivery man will contact you by SMS one hour before his visit. You can also use our delivery tracking system to find out where your bouquet is.
Vous serez livré le jour demandé lors de votre commande. La veille, un mail de rappel vous sera envoyé confirmant la livraison. Le jours même, un SMS vous sera envoyé 1h avant la livraison. Si malgré tout cela vous n’étiez pas chez vous, notre livreur vous téléphonera et vous invitera à proposer une endroit où il peut déposer le colis en lieu sûr. Si vous ne répondiez pas… alors le bouquet repartira à notre centrale. Vous devrez alors vous acquitter de frais de re-livraison pour le lendemain. Etant un produit périssable… sans réponse de votre part, passé 4 jours le bouquet sera détruit.

Yes, the packaging is specially designed to keep the bouquet in perfect condition. A system is also used to keep the stems moist in order to guarantee an ultra-fresh bouquet on delivery.

It is possible for the person offering the bouquet to remain anonymous, unfortunately we cannot tell you who is behind this pleasant surprise.

In spite of the guarantee of a delivery to 99% on the day requested, bad weather or the hazards of life (accident, illness, human error, ... ) can happen and disrupt our deliveries. In these extreme cases, the delivery date can vary from 1 to 2 days maximum. If after 3 days you order is not delivered, contact us at [email protected], we will do everything to make you forget this unpleasant experience.
Your bouquets of flowers
Yes, the mademoiselle collection changes approximately every 3 months in order to integrate seasonal flowers only in our floral arrangements.
Our designers and art directors reflect on each collection in collaboration with our florists. Then, our team of florists, specialized in floral arrangements and true enthusiasts make your bouquet.
They are carefully prepared in our workshop located near Mons.

Yes, our 6 bouquets of the collection have been thought and made "to the flower" by our floral designers. These are exactly the ones you will receive.
We stop the sale of a model on our site when we approach our stock shortages.
Il est cependant possible qu’exceptionnellement une variété de fleur qui compose le bouquet ne soit plus disponible, elle sera alors remplacée par une variété similaire. Nous garantissons le même nombre de fleurs.
Yes, 100% Belgian, while the majority of current online players are foreign. Our supplier is Belgian, the production workshop is located in Mons, our offices and the logistic platform in Brussels.
Unfortunately this is not possible all year round. However, the question of ecology is not avoided:
- we opt as much as possible for local flowers when they grow locally,
- we give priority to European flowers,
- the packaging is 95% recyclable,
- we optimize deliveries to reduce travel,
- and lastly, we devote part of our profits to reforestation in Orval, Belgium.
We have decided to work in seasonal collection with 6 bouquets per season only. Each bouquet in the collection has its own personality which is constant all year round. In addition to the 6 bouquets, you will find a "bouquet of the month" which is a special version only for the current month.
Subscriptions
We see several advantages to subscription:
- Happiness: it is an ideal gift for oneself or for someone else.
- Flexibility: you can choose the delivery address each month, which can therefore change during the subscription period.
- the price: the subscription formula guarantees you a lower price than our single bouquets (for the same bouquet).
- the easy way: we charge your credit card and automatically send you the bouquet. You will receive an e-mail to let you know when it arrives.
We only offer 3-, 6- or 12-month subscriptions.
Unfortunately not. Your commitment to the purchase will have to be respected.
No, it is not possible to change the duration of the current subscription.
No. We guarantee that the price per month announced at the time of subscription will be constant throughout the duration of your subscription.
When you order, you can opt for an automatic monthly debit on your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or for a direct debit. At the end of the subscription, debits are automatically stopped.
The bouquets sent in the subscription are those offered on our site. Depending on the date of subscription, you will receive the bouquets of the current or next collection as well as the bouquet of the month. Our collections follow the seasons. We cannot show you the bouquets of the following collections (this is a surprise ;-)).
Our subscriptions are delivered on Wednesdays or Saturdays only. You will be able to choose when you subscribe.
Yes! Every month, we will send you an email to let you know about the upcoming delivery. You will then have 24 hours to change the delivery address.

From Monday to Friday, you can place your order until 5pm on our website. for next day delivery.
Yes, during the ordering process, the addition of a personalized message is planned.
It is possible to order several bouquets at the same time, however they will all be sent to the same address (and therefore only one delivery will be counted). We advise you to make several separate orders if you prefer different delivery dates and/or address.
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order up to 12 noon (12h) the day before the requested delivery day. After this time, it is no longer possible because your bouquet is already on its way through our delivery service.
Yes, you have to send us an email to [email protected] specifying your order number (see confirmation email), your first and last name and delivery address... as well as the new desired date.
You will find your past orders in your private space. The link is at the bottom of the page.
Yes, during the creation of your order, it is possible to indicate your invoicing details. We will automatically send your invoice in PDF format to the e-mail address provided.

We accept Bancontact, Mastercard or Visa.
