The calculation will be done automatically when you place your order, according to the delivery address indicated.
We deliver on the day you specify in your order. Not the day before or the day after. For all orders placed before 4pm, we deliver the next day. For a delivery in Brussels, contact us not chat, we can sometimes deliver the same day!
For all orders placed before 4pm, delivery is made the next day, anywhere in Belgium. We don't offer faster delivery for the moment. Contact us by CHAT (bottom right), we can sometimes deliver the same day in Brussels.
4pm is the cut-off time for orders to be delivered the next day.
Yes, you just need to indicate the desired delivery address when ordering the bouquet. Make sure that the person at this address will be present on the desired day of delivery. Ideally, you should have the bouquet delivered to your place of work, where another person can receive it.
Yes, you can pick up your bouquet at the workshop if you prefer (242, Avenue de la Couronne
1050 Brussels - Belgium). There will be no delivery charges. Do not hesitate to ask us in the chat to come and pick it up the same day.
Yes, just indicate your delivery date when ordering the bouquet. We accept orders several weeks in advance (useful to not miss an important date, for example ;-)).
We never deliver on Sundays or Mondays, except for important holidays such as Mother's Day or the Valentine's Day ;-).
With the exception of holidays, we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. If a Sunday or Monday is available in the choice of dates when you make your reservation, take advantage of it, because it is a holiday!
Unfortunately not. Our delivery service can potentially spend the whole day. However, please note that you will be informed the day before of the time slot when our delivery man will come. You will also be notified by SMS a few hours before.
You will receive an email specifying the time slot and the delivery person will contact you by text message one hour before his arrival. You can also use our delivery tracking system to find out where your bouquet is.
You will be delivered on the day requested at the time of your order. The day before, a reminder email will be sent to you confirming the delivery. On the same day, an SMS will be sent to you 1 hour before the delivery. If despite all this you were not at home, our deliveryman will call you and invite you to propose a place where he can deposit the package, in a safe place. If you do not respond... then the bouquet will be sent back to our headquarters. You will then have to pay a re-delivery fee for the next day. Being a perishable product... without any answer from you, after 4 days the bouquet will be destroyed.

Yes, the packaging is specially designed to keep the bouquet in perfect condition. A system is also used to keep the stems moist in order to guarantee an ultra-fresh bouquet on delivery.

It is possible for the person offering the bouquet to remain anonymous, unfortunately we cannot tell you who is behind this pleasant surprise.

In spite of the guarantee of a delivery to 99% on the requested day, bad weather or the hazards of life (accident, illness, human error,...) can happen and disturb our deliveries. In these extreme cases, the delivery date can vary from 1 to 2 days, maximum. If after 3 days your order is not delivered, contact us at [email protected], we will do everything to make you forget this unpleasant experience.
Your bouquets of flowers
Yes, the mademoiselle collection changes approximately every 3 months in order to integrate seasonal flowers only in our floral arrangements.
Our designers and art directors work with our florists to create each collection. Then, our team of florists, specialized in floral composition and truly passionate, will create your bouquet.
They are carefully prepared in our workshop in Brussels.
About 35-40cm wide and 50cm high. We do not offer several sizes.
Yes, our 6 bouquets of the collection have been thought and made "to the flower" by our floral designers. These are exactly the ones you will receive.
We stop the sale of a model on our site when we approach our stock shortages.
It is however possible that exceptionally a variety of flower that composes the bouquet is no longer available, it will then be replaced by a similar variety. We guarantee the same number of flowers.
Yes, 100% is Belgian, while the majority of the current online players are foreign. Our supplier is Belgian, the production workshop, our offices and the logistics platform are located in Brussels.
Unfortunately this is not possible all year round. However, the question of ecology is not avoided:
- we opt as much as possible for local flowers when they grow locally,
- we give priority to European flowers,
- the packaging is 95% recyclable,
- we optimize deliveries to reduce travel,
- and finally, we dedicate part of our profits to reforestation in Orval, Belgium.
We have decided to work in a seasonal collection with only 6 bouquets per season. Each bouquet in the collection has its own personality which is constant throughout the year. In addition to the 6 bouquets, you will find a "bouquet of the month" which will be a special version, only for the current month.
Subscriptions
We see several advantages to themonthly flower subscription :
- Happiness: it is an ideal gift for oneself or for someone else.
- Flexibility: you can choose the delivery address each month, which can therefore change during the subscription period.
- the price: the subscription formula guarantees you a lower price than our single bouquets (for the same bouquet).
- the easy way: we charge your credit card and automatically send you the bouquet. You will receive an e-mail to let you know when it arrives.
We only offer 3-, 6- or 12-month subscriptions.
Unfortunately not. Your commitment to the purchase will have to be respected.
No, it is not possible to change the duration of the current subscription.
No. We guarantee that the price per month announced at the time of subscription will be constant throughout the duration of your subscription.
When you order, you can opt for an automatic monthly debit on your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or for a direct debit. At the end of the subscription, debits are automatically stopped.
The bouquets sent in the subscription are those offered on our site. Depending on the date of subscription, you will receive the bouquets of the current or next collection as well as the bouquet of the month. Our collections follow the seasons. We cannot show you the bouquets of the following collections (this is a surprise ;-)).
Our subscriptions are delivered on Wednesdays or Saturdays only. You will be able to choose when you subscribe.
Yes! Every month, we will send you an email to let you know about the upcoming delivery. You will then have 24 hours to change the delivery address.

From Monday to Friday, you can place your order until 4pm on our website for next day delivery.
Yes, during the ordering process, the addition of a personalized message is planned.
It is possible to order several bouquets at the same time. Each bouquet added to the basket has its own delivery address.

Yes, during the creation of your order, it is possible to indicate your invoicing details. We will automatically send your invoice in PDF format to the e-mail address provided.
Complaint, problems?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order up to 12 noon (12h) the day before the requested delivery day. After this time, it is no longer possible because your bouquet is already on its way through our delivery service.

We accept Bancontact, Mastercard or Visa.
